Summer Heat

If you have to be outside today, try to limit your time in the sun. Today is one of the hottest days of the year, so stay indoors or in the shade.

If you have an older relative around the house, and they're outside, check on them to make sure that they're alright. And you stay out of the sun, too.

The summer heat is dangerous at any age.
